MANGALOREAN BEEF SUKKA

This Beef Sukka is a traditional Mangalorean Catholic style recipe. The recipe is adapted from the Chicken and Mutton Sukka preparations that are native to the coastal regions of Mangalore, Udupi and Kundapur. It is a semi-dry dish made with ground roasted spices and freshly grated coconut. This 3 ingredient Chocolate Mousse will definitely blow your mind. It is so Decadent and Sinful and is sure to satisfy all those sweet teeth !!



INGREDIENTS

Pulp From 1 Ripe Avacado

75 gms Dark Chocolate

1-2 tbs Honey


METHOD

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
  • Add all the ingredients into a mixer jar or food processor and blend till smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
